1. Culture of Evangelism - "Bringing all people..."

2 Timothy 4:5 (NASB) - 5 But you, be sober in all things, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

1 Timothy 2:3-4 (NLT) - 3 This is good and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth.

How the gospel spreads:

• Media - Television, Radio, Online
• Holy Spirit drawing
• Dreams and visions
• Parenting
• Through the witness of faithful believers

The plan of Christ all along was to use believers to share their faith.

"AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE POWER AFTER THE HOLY SPIRIT HAS COME UPON YOU, AND YOU WILL BE MY WITNESSES."

2. Culture of Discipleship - "..into the life"

The key to discipleship is devotion. When someone is devoted, the Holy Spirit can teach and lead them. When they are not devoted, they cannot become a disciple.

Four questions of discipleship:

1. Are you growing in your knowledge of God?
2. Are you growing in your relationship with the Holy Spirit?
3. Are you growing in your sanctification
4. Are you growing in your calling?

2 Timothy 2:2 (NLT) - 2 You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others.

3. Culture of Relationships - "..the family"

2 Timothy 2:22 (NLT) - 22 Run from anything that stimulates youthful lusts. Instead, pursue righteous living, faithfulness, love, and peace. Enjoy the companionship of those who call on the Lord with pure hearts.

4. Culture of Empowerment - "..and purpose of God"

2 Timothy 3:17 (NLT) - 17 God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.

1 Timothy 2:1 (NLT) - 1 I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them
