- Laugh!-"A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones" (Proverbs 17:22 ESV).
- Cry-Don't try to hold your emotions in, but release them in times of grief, hurt, or pain.

- 16 "REJOICE always, 17 PRAY without ceasing,
18 GIVE THANKS in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you" (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 ESV).
3. How to recover your PHYSICAL ENERGY
a. Three things that drain your energy
- You are out of shape.
- You are sleep-deprived.
- You are eating too much.
b. Healthy EXERCISE
- Heart
- Muscles
- Flexibility
c. Healthy SLEEP
- Sleep pattern
- Sleep enough.
- Short nap
d. Healthy EATING
- Eat low sugar, salt, fats.

- Eat meals, not snacks.
