Matthew 12:18-21 NLT: 18 "Look at my Servant, whom I have chosen. He is my Beloved, who pleases me. I will put my Spirit upon him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations. 19 He will not fight or shout or raise his voice in public. 20 He will not crush the weakest reed or put out a flickering candle. Finally he will cause justice to be victorious. 21 And his name will be the hope of all the world."
Four ways to see Jesus change your world:
John 14:23 NLT: "Jesus replied, 'All who love me will do what I say. My Father will love them, and we will come and make our home with each of them.'"
**Ephesians 3:17 NLT: **"Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God's love and keep you strong."
Fruit of the Holy Spirit
Galatians 5:22-23 NLT: 22 "But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!
Matthew 5:9 NLT: "God blesses those who work for peace, for they will be called the children of God."
Matthew 5:38-42 NLT: 38 "You have heard the law that says the punishment must match the injury: 'An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.' 39 But I say, do not resist an evil person! If someone slaps you on the right cheek, offer the other cheek also. 40 If you are sued in court and your shirt is taken from you, give your coat, too. 41 If a soldier demands that you carry his gear for a mile, carry it two miles. 42 Give to those who ask, and don't turn away from those who want to borrow."
Matthew 20:26-28 NLT: 26 "But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, 27 and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave. 28 For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many."
John 13:14-15 NLT: 14 "And since I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you ought to wash each other's feet. 15 I have given you an example to follow. Do as I have done to you."
