(Exodus 12:26-27 Message) And when your children say to you, “Why are we doing this?” tell them: “It’s the Passover-sacrifice to GOD who passed over the homes of the Israelites in Egypt when he hit Egypt with death but rescued us.”

(1 Corinthians 5:7) “...For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.”
(Exodus 12:5) The animals you choose must be year-old males without defect, and you may take them from the sheep or the goats. (1 Peter 1:18-19) (You were redeemed)...with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.
(Exodus 12:6) Take care of them until the fourteenth day of the month, when all the people of the community of Israel must slaughter them at twilight.

(Exodus 12:4) If any household is too small for a whole lamb, they must share one with their nearest neighbor. (2 Corinthians 5:19) God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.
(1 Corinthians 4:4) The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
